PEACE IS Paradise II Set To Go

St. Maarten’s Day is here again, and what better way to kick off the celebrations than to have a “Traditional SXM Day Breakfast” prepared by two popularrestaurants! Themed “The Youth Are Our Future” PEACE IS Paradise II, the 2nd annual breakfast fundraiser of the PEACE IS Foundation is here again. The two restaurants participating for this year’s event are: Taloula Mango’s and Cornie’s Beach Bar & Grill, both conveniently located on the Boardwalk. Both will commence serving at 8:00am until 11:00am. The beneficiary of this year’s breakfast will be the Sundial School’s violence preventionprogram.
Last year’s event was quite a success and the proceeds were donated to the St. Maarten Academy PSVE. They utilized the proceeds towards the recent Dare to be King Initiative, which was lauded by many in the community.
This year, PEACE IS looks forward to even greater support from the public as the Foundation continues to dedicate itself to the prevention of violence and conflict in our schools.
Patrons are invited to come out in your numbers and support this St. Maarten’s Day Breakfast by purchasing tickets for this worthy cause. Tickets are still available for only $10 and can be obtained at the Sundial School, Taloula Mango’s, Cornie’s Beach Bar & Grill, NAGICO, Education Dept., Victorious Living and various PEACE IS members.
